New Installations

Our teams can handle both the tear out of an existing asphalt or concrete surface that is irrepairable or just simply new construction.  The process starts with the excavation and site prep.  Next, we compact the base stone, lay the binder then finish with the final layer of blacktop.  New surfaces should be left to cure for 12 months prior to sealcoating.

Line Striping

We can accommodate any striping needs; handicap stamps, directional arrows and simple parking stall lines.

Overlay

It is sometimes possible to recap or overlay a new 2 1/2" layer of blacktop on top of a solid base of old asphalt.  This is an affordable solution if there is not a need to tear out the old driveway or parking lot.

Seal Coating

It is recommended to seal an asphalt driveway or parking lot every 1 to 2 years to maximize it's lifespan.  We provide a PMM Poly sealer with a spray on application for maximum benefit.
